Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid insured shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original manufacturer box, including all warranty cards and manuals, and secure it inside a sturdy outer shipping carton.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
